The house

Three bedrooms each with flexible sleeping arrangements — configure as a king bed or two king singles to suit your group, sleeping up to six guests. Every room has a lush garden view, individual heating, and air conditioning in the living area keeps things comfortable year-round.

The kitchen is fully equipped with air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, sandwich press and everything you need for home-cooked meals. Outside, a BBQ and firepit with shaded dining overlooking the garden make for a great evening setup.

One and a half bathrooms, plus a spacious living area to wind down after a day on the trails.

Pet-friendly: Dogs are very welcome. The expansive shared grassy area is ideal for running and playing — and the Yarra River walking tracks right outside the door mean your dog will be extremely well exercised.

The location

You’re literally steps from the Swing Bridge, one of Warburton’s most loved landmarks. The Yarra River swimming spot is directly across the road. The main street with Silva Coffee, the Alpine Hotel, and Warburton’s best cafes is a short stroll away.

A note on the property

This is the ground floor of a two-storey home — your hosts Rob and Diane live upstairs. This means you have the space entirely to yourself with the added reassurance of having someone on hand if you need anything during your stay.

Getting here

Warburton is approximately 90 minutes east of Melbourne CBD via the Maroondah Highway. Digital check-in details provided before arrival.
